I would say - both. Its bad beat but also terrible play on your part.
Preflop: im opening 2,5bb minimum at 25NL games on UTG. Also on 80bb its propably fold preflop anyway.
Flop: mandatory cbet for value.
Turn: your raise is certainly too small.
River: again, you should shove instead of raising.
+1 and play always with 100bb (25€ in this case) :)

Bad flop check multiway. It is so likely that someone will call your bet with worse when there are so many players in the pot. Also x/raising look insanly strong and you never have enough bluffs to compensate. Why dont you just shove river yourself? When he just calls with worse, you lose 6.50.
