I have seen this player calling 3bets relatively light out of position, so I assume his cold 4-bet calling range is weaker than most players. On the river, his river bet was really quick, probably less than 2 seconds, don't know to read that as weakness or strength. In general, I can't find many value hands, or many bluffs since he checked the turn. It would really help if someone could help me break this down.
