Awkward Flop SPR - multi-way 3bet pot

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $50.00 (Hero)
SB: $46.40
BB: $47.75
UTG: $50.50
MP: $52.54
CO: $53.76
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BN with Q J
3 folds, Hero raises to $1.25, SB calls $1.00, BB raises to $5.50, Hero calls $4.25, SB calls $4.25
Flop ($16.50) T 5 8
SB bets $4.00, BB calls $4.00, Hero raises to $16.50, SB calls $12.50, BB raises to $42.25 and is all in, Hero calls $25.75, SB calls $24.40 and is all in
Turn ($141.90) T 5 8 4
River ($141.90) T 5 8 4 2
Final Pot BN lost and shows high card Queen.
SB lost and shows high card Ace.
BB wins and shows a pair of Queens (pot not awarded as player cashed out).
BB wins $139.90
Rake is $2.00

So here I felt BB would often raise over pairs vs a small donk bet from a recreational.
Therefore I felt raising would exploit them the best. However we have some dirty outs and good flush draws probably won't fold?

My sizing is however seems pretty terrible, not going to get much fold equity for the sizing I chose and only half pot left on the turn.
Would therefore shoving be the only raise size I can use here?

I think small raises at this spr tend to be more of a thing when your nutted hands are unlikely to get drawn out on and you're trying to get someone to put money in dead whereas here that isn't the case.

I also think you're pretty dead to the 3B and I don't think you're getting priced in so calling it off is pretty ambitious in my view, I really think you're looking at 3 outs here a very high percentage of the time and 4 in a best case scenario but they're going to have redraws even when you hit.

vs 2 recs I tend to play more value-raising strategy and call this type of hand. Though raise seems alright and vs shove it is clear fold.
If you aren't sure about line you want to take, you might choose something which you are more familiar how to play.
