Are we good to shove spots like this? I figure we have a lot of outs since villain's pfr/vpip around 70/30, but not a complete station or a maniac as i've seen him fold quite a bit

I would squeeze ATs, but not ATo.
River overbet seems spewy. You don't have many outs vs. villain's calling range. I highly doubt it's +ev especially in microstakes.
so we prefer calling or folding pre here?
Fold pre, take a look at the snowie preflop advisor if you need preflop help, snowie is a bit too tight but it's a really good place to start and honestly being too tight when you're not super confident in your post flop game can help a lot because your strong range will make decisions easier because you'll need to make less marginal call downs.
You can also develop a condensed SB calling range here... I mean, you won't get squeezed a ton and you will realize your equity more than you should
Small blind calling ranges are very -ev at small stakes due to rake, all the hands that are profitable flats are more profitable as 3B and the hands which aren't profitable 3B are -ev to flat

Even if the pot il often 3-4 way?
Yeah, you're actually supposed to tighten up even more when more people get into a pot. Admittedly this might not hold true in practise, if you're against a bunch of people that can't fold top pair then 22-66 are definitely worth a flat but in terms of theory going multiway out of position to a lot of people just isn't good for your win rate and the small % of the time that you stack someone just isn't going to make it worth it.
Not sure if I’d 3bet ATo in 2NL from the sb knowing I’d likely have to play a large pot oop. I’d do this if I had a better than average chance of them both folding, depends on the villains. I think against level one players it’s probably not the best line.
TT+, AQo+, ATs+, KQs, A5s and A4s will put a little over 6% for your squeeze range which should be just about right in this dynamic. If you find that you need more bluffs, I would add stuff that doesn't face domination issues, can flop nutted and can flop higher equity draws.
Fixing and tightening up this preflop stuff will eliminate some of the errors that occur when we feel the need to start forcing things postflop.
As played, check turn. He will have quite a bit of Jx in his range, not to mention Qx/sets.
