ATo on AT4 flop J turn vs tight villain

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (5 Players) BB: $2.26
UTG: $2.00
CO: $1.13
BN: $3.36
SB: $2.00 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is SB with T A
UTG folds, CO calls $0.02, BN folds, Hero raises to $0.10, BB calls $0.08, CO calls $0.08
Flop ($0.30) T A 4
Hero bets $0.24, BB calls $0.24, CO calls $0.24
Should I size bigger here?
Turn ($1.02) T A 4 J
Hero bets $0.82, BB calls $0.82, CO folds
J is scary since BB is tight and culd have AJ, but I figure we get value from AK AQ KQ and flush draw.
Is shoving better?
River ($2.66) T A 4 J Q
Hero bets $0.84 and is all in, BB calls $0.84
I see no point in c/f with this spr so i ship it. Guess I should have shoved river?
Final Pot BB wins and shows a straight, Ten to Ace.
SB lost and shows two pair, Aces and Tens.
BB wins $4.19
Rake is $0.15
