Hey no much info on villain 31/19 after 16 hands
1. What flop and turn sizings are the most optimal?
2. I need 27% equity for a call on a turn but do I have that much?
Thanks

Depends on how you play your range. If you're betting everything on the flop then a smaller sizing works better. If you're betting more polarised then betting 2/3p+ makes more sense. Turn seems like a check though as I don't see you getting 3 streets of value here. If you are betting turn then sizing up makes sense.
vs the x/r, I don't know if you have that equity to call but you block some of his bluffs but also some of his value combos like 2 pair. Vs passive villains you can just fold here on the turn and more aggressive ones call turn and call on brick rivers. This river fold looks good as its very difficult for him to have any bluffs on this card.
