I usually go into check call mode with such hands OOP? Is that ok ?
Given positions I think turn call is meh, we do pick up a GS as well, but when he fires again I think we are always facing AT+. Would you call turn?
On the river, I believe his range consists of sets and two pairs, and missed FD. Could I be completely wrong and got triple barrel bluffed by some KQ type of hand because I caped my range at mid-weak Ax ?

I play it the same. Don't think you need to be too worried about a 10NL player overbluffing in this spot. The fact that the board is suited to the Ace should limit his combos of missed flush draws too.
I wouldn't open that offsuit utg.
As played I like the fold because it's 10nl and pal don't bluff enough. But you are super exploitable folding AT there.
Also he could just have something like KsQs or 8s7s and bluff the river. But I don't think there are enough FD combos in his range to make that a profitable river call.
Nice hand!
I've been experimenting with opening ATo from UTG lately. This thread reminded me to check my DB and so far I haven't been able to turn a profit with it. Sample size issues though of course.
