I doubt that he has worse fulls, also unlikely for him to have AA, or 9x, since I don't think he would ch river. Given that I'm more certain about him not calling worse, than not having better I would checkback mostly.
If you have any reads that he's spewy or something more specific, it might make it a shove.
Maybe you get him off a chop. I think he will jam AA here almost always, thinking you will never fold a K here. I expect him to x/fold almost always however.
Villain never calls with worse here, unless he is really spewy to B B XC with QQ or JJ, which seems pretty unlikely
