AQs flops top pair in 3 bet, 3-way pot

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $9.55
SB: $8.70
BB: $6.39
UTG: $16.96 (Hero)
MP: $10.20
CO: $10.00
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is UTG with A Q
Hero raises to $0.30, MP folds, CO raises to $0.90, BN folds, SB calls $0.85, BB folds, Hero calls $0.60
CO is 22/19 with 3bet 20% over only 64 hands.
SB is 51/33 over 109 hands
(those stats at the end of the session, when I played the hand I had way less hands played vs them)

Could be a better choiche trying to isolate the fish with a 4bet?
Flop ($2.80) A 4 6
SB checks, Hero checks, CO checks
Turn ($2.80) A 4 6 T
SB checks, Hero bets $1.35, CO folds, SB raises to $3.70, Hero calls $2.35
Think it's standard until his raise, when he raises he has less than a PSB left but don't really think I can fold it.
Maybe should I just shove?
River ($10.20) A 4 6 T 7
SB bets $4.10 and is all in, Hero folds
This fold could be bad, I don't know, but I can't see much that I beat, just some missed flush draws which I block.
Final Pot SB wins $9.64
Rake is $0.56

Any advice is welcome, thanks!

yeah, i don't really find a reason why call would be > than jam OTT.
as played i guess we have to close our eyes and call river, once in a bluemoon he is vbetting worse like AJ/A9o and sometimes just random spazzing.

We can be really happy in this strange spot that he has just a 40% bet left at the river so I would call pretty confidently. Also we might be beat most of the time I cannot see how we win so rarely that a fold is the better choice (we need to be good 22%)

Also TT is the hand making most sense his stats are fishy enough that we could see some strange things here. On the other hand if he was a strong reg he might find some bluff-checkraises on the turn after the flop checks through leaving him with a cheap all-in river bluff so I would call then too.

Probably the only opponent type against whom I might find a fold is a recreational who plays decently enough to have reasonable preflop ranges but would then never get the idea of bluffing the turn. But with the tiny bet I'm not even sure here.

What are the benefits of shoving the turn over calling given we call his river shove:
+ shove: He will call all his weaker flushdraws because of the pot odds he might sometimes not put any more money in on the river.

Possible merits of call: Him checking a weaker two pair or AK to us but I'm not really thinking he ever would with 40% left? Also trapping doesn't seem so attractive for him here with so few left? So shove should work good here.
