AQs flop move NL25

I'm not sure if preflop call better than 3bet, but now, I can represent SC-s like 79s T8s J9s JTs. So my thread now is to check/raise this flop because of what I mentioned and I can shot the 2nd-3rd barrel in certain turns ( club ; T; Q; K; A) and rivers...
On the other hand his flop cbet size seems weak. There are many combos in my range He can earn value against with a bigger size imo.
