Unless they're shoving dominated aces, I don't think you have the equity to call here. That said, you do see people doing crazy things on fast tables.

i would say snap fold

your 200bb deep and effective stack i really hate the idea of getting 200bb in with one pair hands
like said above unless he is shoving AJ-A6 hands i dont think we can call and with no reads i think makes this a easier fold.

if he does this a lot we will have better spots to catch him
