I think he has very wide range, and He very often put this desk. I have 2 overcards + bckdr Fd so I think it is +EV action.

When he called I guess he can have A pocket pair, broadway, fd, so I don't see a bet on the turn, because he will fold very rare and even now I can have best hand.
So I think check good.
What do you do, If he will bet on the turn?
I think I can call because I have GH + 2 overcards.

I think I would check back the flop.
As played, flop cbet is fine, I think you can also cbet the turn but it depends on how wide he is ch/c the flop, if he is wide we can get hands like A8,A7,K8, etc to fold.
do you mean we can get value with A8 A7 K8?
I like a continuation bet for the following reasons
1. We can have the best hand and when we bet he can pay us with a worse hands
2. We have FE vs his outs
3. We have bckdr and 2 overcards if we are behind.
I don't like x/f because
we can fold best hand.
If I don't have bcdr I think I could try to play x/f, but in this situation I think it is more weak.
I think his stats clearly show hes loose passive
I don't mind even checking the flop and just plain giving up unless you improve because he's probably going to call you very lightly. Even though you maybe trying to represent high pocket pairs unless you were going to follow through to make him fold worser I don't think betting the flop is going to be profitable. However betting flop and checking flop is fine imo I just have a problem with what hands would he fold maybe 22 - 99 but its a dry board and V likes to call
I think even if he were to place a medium size bet on the turn, it's a easy fold for me even though you pick up outs just because it's like he's beating you. The only way I see me calling is if V min bet or something smallish that i'd call on the turn
Basically against these players you just wait for a good hand and they'll probably call you with worser
@IIuxaVag, I meant, if we barrel the turn we can get hands like A8,A7 to fold, if he were calling those OTF.
All the points you made about cbetting are correct, and I think its gonna be +EV. I think maybe checking back might be more +EV, but its hard to really say. If we check back, I think we should call turn a lot.
