AQo, triple barrel for value vs fish

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $32.79
SB: $50.31
BB: $66.33
UTG: $25.35 (Hero)
MP: $26.86
CO: $57.48
Villain seems to be a fish, 44/11 over 10 hands or so.
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is UTG with Q A
Hero raises to $0.75, 2 folds, BN calls $0.75, 2 folds
Flop ($1.85) A T 2
Hero bets $1.20, BN calls $1.20
Turn ($4.25) A T 2 5
Hero bets $3.00, BN calls $3.00
River ($10.25) A T 2 5 4
Hero bets $7.00, BN raises to $27.84 and is all in, Hero folds
Preflop/flop/turn not that interesting I guess. On the river I'm not sure if I want to bet this for value. Villain seems to be a fish, but sample is small and just because he is a fish doesn't necessarily mean that he will just calldown with any Ax and any Tx.

Check/call is an option, but I hate to have Qc. That leads me to think that we should bet this for value if we just possibly can. We probably can, but it seems close.
Final Pot BN wins $23.16
Rake is $1.09
