Effective Stacks are $546 behind. Villain is a 42/10/0 over 94 hands. Not sure about villain's range here on Bovada. Maybe he could slow play some monsters on the flop? Maybe he's turning a hand like A7o into a bluff? Maybe he's turn raising 87o to find out where he's at? Maybe he binked 2 pair with 58s? What do you guys think about this spot?

Just fold, I would also probably give up OTT when we don't turn equity and it gives a good amount of his hands more equity
Why are we betting flop? Is this value / protection? No pair folds and not many turns i would want to bet again on. If it's for thin value then I prefer betting 1/3 pot on this texture to get peeled by weaker Ax or K high BDFD floats.
I don't see a ton of reason to play this hand like this. I would prefer to just check the flop with our showdown value againts a fish, he has a lot of air that we beat and we don't make him fold better hands by betting. So I would check, or bet small on the flop, for protection purposes.
Limp/callers tend to be quite passive postflop too, so if you check, you can make it to showdown quite often without resistance and win againts stuff like QT or whatever.
With AcQo, I would bet flop against reg, cause i don't expect having a ton of showdown value, and let's barrel with some equity , and almost always check against fish.
