AQo against short stack NL10

http://weaktight.com/6068509

Hello guys!

Villain: 21/18 bvb 3bet: 13 Flopcbet: 70 F24bet: 33 (3)     (3,2k hands)

I thought about 4bet preflop, but I think there are a bunch of Ax and Qx I dominate, and Villain will stacking off in any Qxx or Axx board texture with his dominated Qx, Ax, 99-JJ type hands.

As played, I think fold is too weak because of his high cbet rate. If I call, I must give up on any non A-Q-K turns... (sometimes these hands give him 2pairs, straights) So maybe check/raise is the best, because we have some EQ, and FE against Villains wide blind versus blind 3betting range. However He's a short stacker, so if I check/raise him, He must call with AK, weak jacks stuff like J8s-JQs, and all Tx type hands. So do we have any FE ultimately? How can you describe this situation guys? Can you give me default threads about spots like this?

Thanks!
