AQ vs 3bet OOP

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $10.50
SB: $18.32 (Hero)
BB: $4.02
UTG: $62.55
MP: $9.52
CO: $19.92
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is SB with A Q
UTG raises to $0.25, 2 folds, BN raises to $0.80, 2 folds, UTG calls $0.55
Loose big stack open utg and somewhat unknow (vpip 14 pfr 14 3bet 0 over 22 hands) 3bet on BTN. I didn't knew what to do. I was thinking of callling or folding. Never thought about 4betting here. And since I don't like to be OOP in a 3bet pot and a chance to be 4bet... I think the best is just to fold?

What do you think?

Being deep with EP makes me to be more inclined to call this pre.
He will be incentivized to call wider pre, as well, and you might dominate his call3b range. Meanwhile, 4betting will isolate yourself vs better combos.
If you want to have a 4bet range in this situation, I'd recommend a polarized range, it's easier for players that doesn't know what to do versus a 5bet, that's why you just fold the bottom of your bluffs (such as A5s) and call or gii with KK+, e.g.

I think this is a good situation for a 4bet. Given you have AQ, UTG should have around 11% QQ+ and AK and BU should have QQ+ AK around 31%.

By 4 betting you put a lot of pressure on the other guys. Imagine being UTG sitting there with AKo and getting this cold 4bet back. It's not a fun spot for him. Also your AQs is well protected by the stronger hands in your range.

Couple thoughts - as stacks grow >100bb or when antes are introduced we start seeing more cold-calling (learned this today thanks to Kalupso). Though in this situation there are 2 conflicting arguments;

1.) We are 100bb effective with an uncapped button. I would assume that we tend to play as if we are 100bb deep when we are 100bb effective with either of the opponents.

2.) Rake is too high at lower limits to be cold-calling 3bets - especially OOP. As rake increases we should be using more linear strategies and try to avoid rake whenever possible. This is definitely one of the spots that this would apply.

My recommendation would be to play this spot very straight forward and linear. Cold 4-bet a range such as [AA-QQ, AKs, AKo, AQs, AQo] and stack off with [AA-KK, AKs, AKo].

EDIT: Btw Solvers would likely Cold 4-bet [AA-KK, AKs, AKo] here. I like to go a pip wider though as players are usually making mistakes and/or wider pre-flop than solvers.
