Is this ok to 4bet bluff? Should we prefer suited because it is less combos?

I assumed BB's range was {TT-QQ,AQs+,AKo} - I gave him quite a wide range I think... I don't know what it is.

I am very unsure if I should bet out at any point on the flop or turn.

On the river I bet small since I expect him to never have a better hand, and all the rest will have a very hard time calling a larger bet.

Offsuit is better as a 4-bet because they don't play as easily post flop. I don't mind the flop check against a passive opponent, would bet a little bigger on the river simply because it's unlikely villain checks AK twice and he can def show up with a lot of weaker aces since it checked down twice, you possibly even get a call from some stubborn JJ/QQ if you're up against a fish.

looks fine

suited hands have better playabiltiy obv, but this works very nice blockers to his continueing range.
Think this looks pretty good, especially with the coldcaller, nh!
