Hero can certainly fold PRE if BB rather tight pre with 3betting. I assume most of the nl100 players are
Some other thing to throw is 4bet, this combo is pretty nice low frequecny one
and I like your postflop line your combo nutted to call (not blocking FDs or anything, having 2 strongest blockers one to Qx and second to AA), yeah you can say that you block AKo but it will be always like that. His bluffs are likely AK/KT/AT and some other possible combos (like 76, 45,...) (everything mixed though, sometimes bluff sometimes give up)
Lets put some perspective if you are folding this you only calling 2 pairs+ and I doubt KK is higher EV river bluffcatch than this. So I wouldnt be shocked if river hero folding 70-80% ( which isnt nessesirialy bad if people not bluffing but vs unknown too hard to tell)
So here in a 100nl pool, it looks like villain will have around 11-12 value combos. So we need him to have around 6 bluffs to find a breakeven call. I don’t think this spot will be overbluffed, as there are not many natural bluff combos that get here in the first place. Additionally, it’s Bb vs HJ, and I think fringey hands that can go either way from the Bb probably end up being flat called more than 3b , as flatting just feels safer. Say something like AQ that can be 3b prob gets called very often. So all in all, I think this spot will be underbluff and I will look to bluff catch QJ+.
Think these situations can be analyzed with combinatorics to get to a close solution and will be dependent on positions, player and texture.
Also agree w Jeff that folding pre is an option. In fact I do typically fold it in this configuration, without good reason to continue.
As far as what Jeff said regarding blockers, that is also relevant, this combo not blocking FD’s. But even still I’m fine defending two pair plus because I don’t see natural bluffs here from an already too tight range pre(my best guess)

Is this .05/.10?
If so, I would fold preflop
100nl
