I think in hindsight I would have called the turn to keep bluffs in but my time bank ran out. I figure he 4-bets AK pre and folds most of the low pairs/low a-x's so the only hand that makes sense here is possibly a5s (2 combos) and 55 (3 combos)? This raise just doesn't make any sense to me. I guess some of the time we are chopping with the same hand and he's just fast playing the turn or it's a weirdly played AK. Occasional AJ/A10 that is just overplaying and probably a fair amount of bluffs that just floated A dry.

Bovada 6-max NL50. 100bb effective. Second hand on table and villain is a full stack unknown. This turn raise makes no sense at all to me as most of the hands that hit this flop should be folding pre.

Sizing on flop and turn is too small , imo. Otherwise I dont know what else to say about the hand.
My sizings are fine. My standard is to bet 1/2 pot or a little over 1/2 pot on dry boards. I'm not worried about the straight on the board because most people do not have a 3 in their 3b flatting range. I bet bigger vs. fish but against an unknown I'm not going to be betting much bigger than 1/2 pot on this board texture.
Sizings are fine in my opinion, but could go a bit bigger too.
I would just fold on the turn. I don't see a random NL50 player raising here as a bluff very often, and he is not raising worse for value. Villain can't really have air because there are no draws out there. I would expect villain to have 33/55/A5 here most of the time.
I don't mind your sizing too. I would probably fold OTT, there is no draw OTF except 33/55 and maybe 56s. The turn doesn't bring any other draws and hits 33/55. So I dont think he is bluffing here unless if he turns something like 88 or 56 into a bluff but it's not common, i would fold so.
I would bet a tiny bit bigger on the flop. As played I'm folding turn, this is never worse and he can't have that many bluffs. This is atleast 22 almost everytime.
+1 to BF turn.
Thanks guys. This is a big leak in my game right now but I need to start mucking turns even when the hand doesn't make sense vs. unknowns and just giving them credit for a hand. Turn raises are scary without reads.
some players just dont fold 22+,65+,JTo+ again 3bet if they are IP.
and turn raise is powerfull move, but on NL50 noone have good balanced range for turn raise (so many value hand ,but only few % of bluffs)
