AQ hand

The guy is 29/25 with 66% fold to 3bet stat after 290 hands. He folds 25% overall to CBet

I have a question: what should I do here. Is it a spot to 3 barrel bluff? I know, that he won't fold any pair to flop CBet, and may not fold to turn CBet either. So would you c/call here maybe? Is it a good idea to do that with only ace high? C/fold?
