What on earth can he raise me here with except for 99 and random aa and the combo of qq. When he coldcalls the squeeze from the sb i dont think he has 22. I have supreme blockers but i also dont think villain is bluffing nearly as much as he could be here so i tend to fold this hand more lightly.

I don't squeeze this IP; from SB/BB I think it's better. Turn shows you need to plan your sizes a little better. As played I fold - I don't think anyone's bluffing this spot.
Squeeze is fine imo, because we have an off-suit hand and by calling we allow blinds to come along very cheaply, which will create a 4-way or 5-way pot, which is not great with a hand like AQ. Might aswell use our blockers to squeeze, and when we get called, our hand is decent.
I would check flop or turn. When UTG calls our squeeze and CO comes along, their ranges are very tight and we don't have that much value with our top pair, and you are up againts QQ or 99 probably more often than you think. I would treat our hand kind of as a bluffcatcher/one street value hand.
I would xb the flop. This is a way ahead way behind spot and it's too thin to go for 2 streets.
If i check back flop am i not getting in big trouble because im capping my range to onepairs hands + rare set of queens?
If you have QQ you're not capped.
