AQ BB vs CO 3bet pot

Blinds: $0.08/$0.16 (6 Players) BN: $2.17
SB: $16.09
BB: $22.26
UTG: $5.86
MP: $27.80
CO: $21.31 (Hero)
BB is a solid reg that plays 20/16/6.3 with an AGG of 2.5 over 729 hands
SB plays 20/12/3.4 over 67 han
Preflop ($0.24) Hero is CO with A Q
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, BN folds, SB calls $0.32, BB raises to $1.60, Hero calls $1.20, SB calls $1.20
Preflop i think that just calling is the best option here, i feel folding is to weak and there is no point on 4beting
Flop ($4.80) 7 2 Q
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $2.29, SB calls $2.29, BB folds
On this flop i like beting even if the pot was OOP, i would x back a pair of K or A, but MW i always bet on this situations, what do you guys think?
Turn ($9.38) 7 2 Q 4
SB checks, Hero checks
Are you 2barreling this? I felt no need to do that since the board is fairly dry, and there are not many worse hands that can call the turn and a 3rd barrel (TT-JJ might do that or not).
River ($9.38) 7 2 Q 4 9
SB bets $12.20 and is all in, Hero calls $12.20
So when he overbet shoves the river what are you doing? I tought for a long time and decided to call, because most players wouldn't have sets on their range on this situation (probably fold them preflop) and other % of the time will try to GII on the flop, but by other prespective i didn't seen anyone at this stakes overbet shove as a bluff (besides some of the best regs), so i called but not to happy.
