Preflop ($0.15) Hero is MP with Q Q
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.30, 3 folds, BB raises to $1.00, Hero raises to $2.20, BB raises to $12.05 and is all in, Hero calls $8.07 and is all in
Flop ($22.37) 8 J 7
Turn ($22.37) 8 J 7 5
River ($22.37) 8 J 7 5 5

Again, I`m sorry if this looks very standard... I just want to make sure that I could not give up given relatively low 3b % of villain and positions. However I had an agro image at the table and played a lot of back and forth with villain especially postflop.

1)Should we look for a tight fold?

Is that a BB3bet from EP? If so that quite high, and we should 4bet, although if he is positionally aware, I will fold to his jam, as us doing this from EP looks soo strong.

So basically all my PF AI`s were bad with QQ, I made a bad river FH fold HU and missed shoving flop multiway with medium set. Nice :(

Once you 4bet you have to call it off i think you have enough equity vs his range. You need around 40% to call and you have 40% vs QQ+,AK, no way im folding once i 4bet here.

Just calling the 3bet might be better tho and this is what i would do vs low 3bet% in these positions unless i had a aggro dynamic.

Why do you keep stacking off in these spots.
This is probably 4th, 5th hand you posted where you stack off EP vs SB/BB w QQ or AK.People are just not 3b/5b light here, you`re just lighting money on fire.
I also wrote you a comment recently in which i said that you should look for villains 3b vs position rather then his overall 3b% for position.
BB 3b% is not the same for vs SB and vs EP.

I could have used VS position here because I have a big sample on villain but in general I don't have a large enough sample and I thought that in that case is better to look at 3b % by position because it might be more accurate.

I had an aggro dynamic with villain and he was not positionaly aware based on PFR from every position.

But if you say Im burning money, I believe you. Ill just stop 4b-ting QQ,AK from EP, MP, (maybe CO) vs 3bets :(

generally i fold QQ preflop, because really most of the time if villain want to get it in PF they have AK sometime, but most of the time it's KK+. I tend to especially look on 4bet range, but I have a ridiculous sample because i play a lot of volume and zoom at NL10 only atm. So most regs have 20k + hands for me. but also before i was running vs KK,AA pretty often with QQ, so it's no hand to get it in generally at NL10 i would say. Your 4bet works a decent amount of the time, and you stack off vs bad players who hold JJ (saw even TT sometime) on lowboards or even AJ on J high boards or something (especially if they're IP) often enough to fold to shoves with QQ and still play them profitable i think, because there are still a lot of regs who just cant fold an OP especially if the pot got so big. I also fold KK sometimes preflop, because there just are some players who just shove KK+ and with KK vs KK+ your equity is kinda low because you block so many Kings. Obv this just happens vs the biggest nits and if he is the one who shoves after my 4bet. i tend to 4bet small in general, just because there is no need to do it big. my 4bet size is vs one player btw 2$ and 2,5$.

as i said vs some players. vs 4bet range 0,x% as some players have over several 10k hands, you basically have to pay 9,1$ (I assume 3bet size of 9bb) for 19,60 or something (after rake) which is 46,4%. however with KK against KK+ you have 23%, so it's an easyfold imo. everything over 1,36% 4bet range i bring in my kings because 1.36% = QQ+ vs which i have 50%, so its +ev (although still pretty close as you may have noticed :D )

The same goes for when i 4bet and get 5bet. most palyers dont 5bet worse than KK at 10$NL, so again it's 7,50$ for 19,60$ which is 38,2%, still -ev

obv when on tilt i bring in even T9o lol because fuck this maths shit

I would just flat the 3b in general vs SB/BB when i'm in EP/MP unless they are very very (I am emphazising this!!) aggro. You have a strong hand that will play fine postfloo in position. Same goes for AK, surely if it's suited.

I really don't like 4b/folding QQ and I also really don't like calling off this huge 5-bet when I'm at best flipping. Villains are almost never going crazy here, and you should give more credits to a 3-bet from the blinds against an EP raise, just because if he wants to 3-bet light he will probably choose to be in position against an MP or LP raise instead of 3-betting a strong range OOP. If your image is poor and villains is very aggro it's obviously better to just flat and let him barrel. If not, I thinks its still better to flat and take a flop in position because AK is a big portion of his range and he is gonna miss a lot but will c-bet close to 100%. If you think villain would 3-bet 77-TT you could could go either way but with these holdings they will probably not shove pre and it's gonna be difficult to extract post-flop as there are many scary cards that will make them c/f OTF or OTT, so a 4b could be better. But make sure you have this read...because once he 5-bets you will be in a tough spot.
