Annoying Turn Spot

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $5.25 (Hero)
SB: $5.22
BB: $5.14
UTG: $7.13
MP: $13.38
CO: $11.40
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BN with Q A
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.12, SB calls $0.10, BB folds
Flop ($0.29) 9 6 2
SB checks, Hero bets $0.15, SB calls $0.15
Turn ($0.59) 9 6 2 Q
SB checks, Hero bets $0.38, SB raises to $1.70, Hero calls $1.32
River ($3.99) 9 6 2 Q J
SB bets $3.25 and is all in, Hero folds
Final Pot SB wins $3.82
Rake is $0.17

Only 9 hands on villain but I like to vaguely profile people as soon as possible. I assume they are a fish based on the below observations:

-VPIP 33%
-PFR 0%
-Donk Flop 100%
-One tabling publicly

Flop
I decide to cbet since the board shouldn't connect with SB calling range very often and I can barrel on overcards and hearts.

Turn
Naturally I barrel for value but hate the huge re raise I'm now faced with.
My main question is... Should I just be giving up to this huge sizing (since they are repping sets and Q9s that didn't 3bet pre) or does that make me exploitable?
