So, my value range that gets to the river is probably AA-KK, 67s and maybe one combo of 89s and one combo of 9Ts. In terms of bluffs, most suited connectors improved so I probably only have A4-A5cc and occassionally AKcc that's air here.
I think villain has 99, 88, TT-QQ, AQcc, AKcc and occasionally maybe 9Ts and TJs that gets to the river this way.
Given this, KK is at the very bottom of my value range and it's a spot where I won't have almost any bluffs, since a lot of my pf bluffs improved. Does something like shoving 9x + for value and check/calling KK and AA w/o a club sound reasonable?
Should I just check/fold this hand then? (I expect villain to check TT-QQ behind probably 100% of the time).

I'm never check/folding kings on this run out. First off all a UTG range shouldn't raise too many 9x, when you 3b he probably folds a bunch of them as well. Given there are so incredibly few combos which have you beat folding litterally makes no sense.
Depending on villain you could x/c these type of hands OTR, but I would only do it when we don't block flushdraws as a standard. So this combo is a clear shove imo.
Ok cool thanks! I've had many spots lately where I bet or raised for value and got called by better and I've def started wondering if I'm overplaying some hands. I agree I think I have the best hand almost always here but I was worried that I really don't have many hands to bluff this runout and KK is the worst hand for value I have. Maybe it's an obvious spot but I don't completely trust my judgment atm, thanks for your input :)
Is x/calling KK here just designed to protect A-high? Our range looks very polarized here so I'm not sure how often villain is really meant to be betting when checked to but I guess if we consider A-high as showdown value having a strong x/calling range to protect it would be good and you'd use KK with no flushdraw blockers.
Given your analysis on villain this looks like a clear shove. Also I don't think you should ever have hands like 67s 89s in your range in these positions pre-flop - they're simply not strong enough vs UTG's range.
If you think you lack bluffs then start bluffing more with AKdd hands that will be a way better river bluff jam than AKcc.
I don't see you 3 betting 67/89/9T out of the sb after a utg opens hardly ever.
