Always beat but calling anyway

BN: $3145.08
SB: $1043.25
BB: $1000
HJ: $1232.80
CO: $1447.14 (Hero)
Villian is an aggressive regular.
Preflop ($15.00) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt A Q
HJ folds, Hero raises to $25, BN folds, SB folds, BB calls $15
Flop ($55.00) 4 3 Q (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $37.81, BB calls $37.81
Turn ($130.62) 4 3 Q 6 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $100, BB raises to $340, Hero calls $240
I was partially annoyed because I'd been c/r'ed like 4 times in a row on the turn (not just him).
He's repping sets, but he can also c/r spades/clubs, perhaps with a straight draw.

His c/r flop is important, though I didn't look at it.
River ($810.62) 4 3 Q 6 A (2 Players)
BB bets $597.19, and is all in
Ace is a bad card because his Ahigh FDs will show down, and it's possible he gives up on this card.
My hand doesn't improve, because I still lose to his 57/set value range.

But on the other hand, they can't keep having it every single time.
Two flush draws missed and he doesn't have two pair.

I tend to tilt call and see a set about 90% of time, but I also feel like I'm getting owned when I fold.
