i'm interested in this line b/c it penalizes villain for betting too aggressively OTT with floats and weaker Ax.

if villain checks back turn, are you in favor of CR'ing or leading most rivers?  Again a CR drives down the EV of any Ax that checked back turn,  but a lead targets a wide subsection of hands that have to call a bet in this line.

My guess is we need to know his turn tendencies with Ax , and then it will relatively easy to see if either line is substantially higher EV (the less aggressively he bets Ax OTT, the more incentivized we become to go for a river CR)

which leads me to my last question..

-if villain checks back the turn, does it make it slightly more likely that he plays Ax passively OTT? (not sure if this is a practical application of bayesian)

I think this line does the opposite of what you are trying to achieve (punish guys who bet weak Ax or float too much). Do you except AT to bet/call the turn? Or check turn then bet/call river? What other hands are you putting into your turn CR range that would make anyone consider that?

The line ensures you make the absolute minimum vs worse value hands. It also ensures you get stacked every time you are beat. Sure you might pick off the random float turn and bluff stab turn line, but overall it doesn't make much sense to me. It makes a lot of sense to me with 23 or 78.

Your sizing is also pretty bad.

It might be cooler with 4x or set of 6s, as he then has 50% more Ax combos which is the range we're targetting, and is less of an overrep when all the money goes in. Don't mind cc, but in reality I think it's just bet bet bet, even though the apparent draws turned aren't great.

if i balance the CR, i'm indifferent with my range to AT calling or folding, so I'm not looking at it exploitatively like that.  Balanced CR lines penalize thin V-bets bc villain loses the effective pot after putting a bet in.

I agree it's not the best hand to do this with when i remove some Ax.  Maybe i do have enough 4x to just use those hands if i do want a CR line.  I don't really think it's an overplay though in this formation, where CO likely doesn't have AK, and the turn decreases his set combos.

I like the line bc I think he doesnt think we do this with most of our AK or AQ hands and especially not our FH's.  We really only do this with 4's and bluffs I think.  It's very tricky and puts our villian in a tough spots when he has AX or maybe even get stubborn with a  Mid PP.  I just think our villian can also do this with all draws so we are charging them the max to draw at us.  This is also like the punishment you were talking about.

I don't think it's the best play to be making 100% of the time but I do think its a good option to have in our range here so we can get some value from draws and smaller A's without always having to have a 4 in our hand or a bluff.

Im a noob and just started posting about 3 months ago so i hope Im not way off base here.
