I don't like calling this pf.
I'd definitely ship the turn & size my flop-bet to do just that with under PSB, but we have just over a PSB which is all-in-all the same. So I'd still ship the turn.
The reason of my pf call is: UTG is reg, he will play honeslty on most of flops, HJ is fishy, i am IP, someone can call too. I think i have advantage in this situation. What i really don't like in JT, it is what UTG often hold my outs or Jx better, but whatever i don't want to play big pots with this hand so i think it is a normal call, i have 28% potodds.
fold pf, there's no way you have an advantage here. utg's range will just crush you. Flop raise a bit bigger after a bet and a call, and just bomb the turn since the fish will fold nothing on the turn as most pairs will pick up gutters and call it off
