AKs vs Turn Raise NL25

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (5 Players) BN: $25.00
SB: $25.32
BB: $18.75
UTG: $31.44
CO: $46.93 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is CO with K A
UTG raises to $0.62, Hero raises to $2.00, 3 folds, UTG calls $1.38
Flop ($4.35) 3 8 T
UTG checks, Hero bets $1.50, UTG calls $1.50
Turn ($7.35) 3 8 T 8
UTG checks, Hero bets $5.00, UTG raises to $11.25, Hero calls $6.25
All standard up until this point, really not sure what to make of his raise here though. Decided to peel given the great odds and making the assumption that an A, K or diamond are all good.
River ($29.85) 3 8 T 8 2
UTG bets $16.69 and is all in, Hero folds
Brick so fold.
Final Pot UTG wins $28.51
Rake is $1.34

Like I said really not sure what to make of his raising range. I suppose it all depends on his calling range preflop, he has a very low F3B over 445 hands (17%) so it could include a few 8x hands that could raise. Given that wide calling range pre flop I think his raising range is something like: QQ, JJ, TT, 88, 89s, 87s, 33, T9dd, 67dd, 65dd, 54dd, J9dd, JTdd, QJdd. Against that range we have 30% equity so a pretty clear call getting nearly 4-1.

What does everyone think of my range assumptions and general line?
