I don't know whether I should be 4betting or flatting here. If we 4bet what about the sizing ?

What about this river ? It's pretty blank considering we are in a 4bet pot. But 10NL makes it a fold I think.

The entire hand feels really misplayed to me. I am kind of lost... Looking forward to some help.
