AKs 3b pot oop

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (5 Players) BB: $2.00 (Hero)
UTG: $3.07
CO: $3.71
BN: $1.91
SB: $6.28
Villain is 41/24 after 37 hands
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is BB with K A
UTG folds, CO raises to $0.05, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.20, CO calls $0.15
Flop ($0.41) 4 A T
Hero bets $0.20, CO calls $0.20
Turn ($0.81) 4 A T K
Hero bets $0.51, CO raises to $1.08, Hero calls $0.57
is sizing ok here?

I am stuck in the thought process of calling these raises to keep the bluffs / worse hands in, and letting villain ship on the next street. Is this logic flawed?
