Subsequently I have to 4bet preflop, because BTN-s 60 cents are definitely dead money, it's a sick size from the CO.

Flop bet is a carry move from the BTN, can be KJs-KQs ; 66 ; 33 ; strong draws. I'd just call, because I wanted to keep wide his range, couse if I raise, he'll fold the part of his range I beat. 

Turn card seems blank, but he bet ~potsize. I think it's too big from any kind of draws or TPMK hands, because he'll definitely play bet/fold with KJs-KQs, so he operate with smaller bets. Do You agree with me it's weighted set?
