dont wanna play oop 4bet pot with a hand like this, so either I want to shove or fold. Vs the pool I prefer folding since they arent 4betting enough and therefore their value range is pretty tight, at best QQ+ and AK. However, this guy looks like a guy who might be potentially 4betting wider range and therefore I am not sure if I am ready to make an exploitative fold.

Low fold to 3bet doesnt equal high 4bet. If you have some hands on him, you should also have any kind of info on his 4bet tendencies. Btw. His 3bet is not out of line so far (even though that info also doesnt equal a low 4bet either).
I tend to make a nitty fold as well vs MP.
In my opinion, you kind of have to shove. You are obviously not thrilled when you get called, but even if he only has QQ+, AK you are still in an ok shape. Due to the fact that you already hold an A and a K, it will be less likely in the long run that you'll be up against AA's and KK's. On top of that, you still get to collect 30 bb's eveytime he folds, and he should have some bluffs from time to time. I'd hate it but i'd still shove, it's what i'm trying to say.
Therefore we would need to call 21.5 to win 49 we need about 44% equity. AKo vs QQ+/AK has about 39% equity. So if we assume that Villain is calling only with the assigned range a shove doesnt look to great.
But i agree that folding still looks meh as well.
So i guess calling could still be an option as we could stack hands like AJo/A5s postflop that might simply fold vs the jam
