So on the river the pot odds were 21% (3.74:1) and I put the UTG on 55,ATs+,ATo+, maybe even AA that he decided to slow play preflop for some reason.
This gives us 36.67% to call so pretty easy call right ??
Any thoughts?

Horrible spot.
I think that since sb overcalled, utg can have anything that he opens utg. So even 22 and flopped 2p if he opens those Axs utg.
Him leading multiway simbolizes a lot of strenght and with so few draws I don't see him bluffing here almost ever. I also don't think he's taking this line with AQ-. So it's either a monster or AK at least. (Seems not so if he showed up with AQ lol).
Could even find a hero fold OTT.
P.S. pls don't post results.
I'm playing the same
This spot isn't all that much fun but given that the turn bet was under half pot and the river bet was around 36% pot I don't think that you have much of a choice here but to call. He's going to have AK here some, rarely some complete junk and then given that he led AQ 3 ways in this spot it doesn't seem impossible for him to show up with a hand like AJ either.
