AKo 3-bet UTG

SB: MiltonBradley: $27.58
BB: acesbuzz9: $25
UTG: PutMyRobeOnRITE: $26.55
HJ: ChrisBradley: $23.59
CO: g1ng3rv1tis: $71.33
BN: LooseLocalFish: $13.20
CO was 24/18 with a 3-bet of 12%, I have no 3-bet stat for MP, unfortunately no other reads. I'm running 27/20, I have no idea how many hands I played at this table when this happened.
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
PutMyRobeOnRITE was dealt A K
PutMyRobeOnRITE raises to $0.65, ChrisBradley folds, g1ng3rv1tis raises to $2.25, LooseLocalFish folds, MiltonBradley folds, acesbuzz9 folds
I've posted this hand because I want to know if calling with AK here is bad and if it is what the theory is behind it. If villain was a super nit I would just fold it out right to the 3-bet. Also I realize that I'm not just playing a hand but also a range, so if it's correct to flat with AK here how might that effect how I play other hands in my range pre. I have no idea how to solve for calling AK here, it seems too damn complicated....So any thoughts on considering calling oop? TY

My CREV isn't working on Windows 8 so I did a very rough estimate of a 4-bet call.

*Warning, math is probably completely butchered below :-)

Let's say his 3-bet range is AA-KK, 50% combos of QQ and 3 bluffs of ATs,A9s,A8s
so 25% he'll fold (his bluffs) when I 4-bet and I'll win 3 bucks, lets round to 1 dollar
and when he 5-bet ships and I call the ev is roughly neutral Losing $19 dollars 62% and winning $30 38%
