AKo 16NL FR - TPTK facing raise OOP, what's the best line?

SB: $16 (Hero)
BB: $16
UTG: $16
UTG1: $20.56
UTG2: $16.73
LJ: $17.52
HJ: $27.25
CO: $9.81
BN: $17.78
CO is running 31/2 over 49 hands. He has so far limped and called a raise with KJs,K5s,A6o,A4o,QTo. His aggression factor is 0.9 and AgFrq is 43%. He has folded 0% (0/8) vs cbets and raised 38% (3/8), which is kinda strange given his passivity from the other stats.
Preflop ($0.24) (9 Players)
Hero was dealt K A
UTG folds, UTG1 calls $0.16, UTG2 folds, LJ folds, HJ folds, CO calls $0.16, BN folds, Hero raises to $0.96, BB folds, UTG1 calls $0.80, CO calls $0.80
Flop ($3.12) 7 2 A (3 Players)
Hero bets $1.45, UTG1 folds, CO raises to $2.90, Hero calls $1.45
When a passive player raises such a dry flop I always think that I might be up against a big hand, e.g. 77,22,A2,A7, which would all be in his pre-flop limp/calling range. As he seems quite passive generally I think he would just call with the Ax hands where he just holds TP crap kicker.
Turn ($8.92) 7 2 A 5 (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.96, Hero raises to $12.14, and is all in, CO calls $4.99, and is all in
When he bets so small in to this pot I just don't credit him to have two pair or better and now feel that my TPTK is good so I choose to jam hoping to get called by/value from the Ax one pairs hands. Am I better off just calling this turn bet? And then are we bet/calling the river or check/calling the river?
River ($27.01) 7 2 A 5 9 (2 Players)
