Hi.
SB (coldcaller) is a fish with supposed weak or similar range (nothing with good equity against AK here)
MP (agressor) is TAG with 4bet 10 (1 out of 10 samples). Other stats seem normal to me.

What do I do here in general, not knowing what hands does he 4bet against me and fish?

My assumptions:
If he 4bets AA/KK only, its fold preflop. I cannot jam and cannot call.
If he 4bets AA/KK/QQ/AKs/AKo, I cannot jam. But I dont know about calling.
If he 4bets AA/KK/QQ/AKs/AKo and SOMETIMES folds QQ AKo AKs to my jam, jamming is close to 0EV, depending on frequency of him folding his hands. More often he folds, more profitable jam becomes.
If he adds bluffs to his 4betting range, I probably can call. Jamming still seems not good enough, although it becomes +EV if he bluffs to often.

On average, I think my call preflop is very very close. Maybe I should jam just to be sure that my jams are balanced with AK. I just dont know how to play postflop. Every hand that I will flop is bad.
