AK OPP with KK TOP Kicker facing CO flush draw - nl10 ZOOM Full Ring

BN: $9.26
SB: $5.34
BB: $10.37 (Hero)
UTG: $10
UTG1: $10.11
UTG2: $10.33
LJ: $7.03
HJ: $10.42
CO: $16.16
CO: 38:38:0 Fold to CB 100, Total Hands 12 .
Hero: 15:13:2.5
Playing full ring NL10 zoom, have very little info on this player.
Preflop ($0.15) (9 Players)
Hero was dealt A K
UTG folds, UTG1 folds, UTG2 folds, LJ folds, HJ folds, CO raises to $0.25, BN folds, SB calls $0.20, Hero raises to $1, CO calls $0.75, SB folds
Was looking preflop to get the hand in.
Any thoughts on my 3 bet sizing.
Flop ($2.35) K 3 5 (2 Players)
Hero bets $1.95, CO raises to $4.97, Hero raises to $9.37, and is all in, CO calls $4.40
Due to his stats, etc I reckoned I was trying to price out a flush draw straight away, as I have seen a lot of the BTN and CO ranges on zoom for calling 3bets IP is Ax suited type hands. JJ + most just 4 bet jam IP in late position.

Turn ($23.04) K 3 5 2 (2 Players)
River ($23.04) K 3 5 2 Q (2 Players)
Final Pot
Hero has A K CO has A T CO wins $20.05

As I have very little information on this player the stats are useless.

I have ran into a lot of flush draws in zoom when i am OP with AK and JJ + types of hands, when the late position player calls the 3bet IP and flops a flush draw or OESD.

I bet out 75% pot as a CB, or should I bet POT due to the possible flush draw present.

Is it better to call the raise OPP and dump when a 3rd flush card on the turn arrives etc.

I have been 3 betting on the flop AllIn to price out the flush etc, am I overplaying the top pair etc v a loose player that will chase their flush or OESD.
