AK on a A high flop facing a raise

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (9 Players) UTG: $25.48
MP: $25.00
UTG+1: $59.27
MP+1: $25.35 (Hero)
MP+2: $21.99
CO: $24.55
BN: $17.94
SB: $27.07
BB: $12.28
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is MP+1 with A K
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, 2 folds, BN calls $0.75, 2 folds
Only 17 hand sample but is playing 24/12 with 6.0 aggro
Flop ($1.85) Q 2 A
Hero bets $1.50, BN raises to $3.88, Hero calls $2.38
Contemplated showing over the top as he wasn't full stacked. opted to call instead so I really couldn't see myself getting called by worse
Turn ($9.61) Q 2 A 6
Hero checks, BN bets $4.59, Hero calls $4.59
half pot bet and I don't think I could consider folding
River ($18.79) Q 2 A 6 7
Hero checks, BN bets $8.72 and is all in, Hero folds
Once the shove goes in then I really think I must be up against two pair at a minimum
Final Pot BN wins $17.94
Rake is $0.85

I would like to think that I played this hand OK but it would seem that I could be leaking a lot of money if I continue to do things similar to this in the long run.

Would like to hear peoples feedback and maybe someone who's good at maths could point me in the right direction
