I think I'd call considering villain probably has worse than KK or AA. Especially if it's a late weekend night when they come to the tables after a little drunk blackjack

Lot's of players here like being big bluffers like they see on tv poker and being a bit of a calling station vs them works well. He might have AA or KK, but from my experience with these kinds of players, calling here is +EV in the long run

You would not call if you had bought less of the pot and he went all in as a 3bet as they also sometimes do

I would call. 17% 3bet PF is a lot, and seeing him 4bet 2 Times in 26hh is also a big number. Notice that this is the 27th hand you play against him, and he has already 4betted 2 times (so this is the third). I think he is an aggro donk, and put stacks in preflop.

Call seems to be the play, although we actually don't quite have the equity to call against a range of QQ+ and AK (we have roughly 38% and we need about 40%).

Your 4bet size is really large, you don't have to make it that big. 0,80 works just fine. With that sizing, againts a shove we might actually have a fold with AKo, unless villain is capable of shoving something other than QQ+ and AK. This specific opponent seems to be rather loose so we're probably getting it in even with the smaller 3bet size.
