AK 3b OOP, 2SPR pot vs fishy player

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (5 Players) UTG: $7.48
CO: $10.00
BN: $7.30
SB: $13.88
BB: $10.12 (Hero)
Villain is 29/20 over 54 hands , 50% open from Bu , 0 fold to 3b.
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with A K
2 folds, BN raises to $0.30, SB folds, Hero raises to $1.00, BN calls $0.70
I 3bet PF for value.
Flop ($2.05) T 8 K
Hero bets $1.40, BN raises to $6.30 and is all in, Hero calls $4.90
We hit TPTK and after my bet, I`m looking to a shove from villain in a two SPR POT.
Turn ($14.65) T 8 K 4
River ($14.65) T 8 K 4 3

To be honest I didn't really look to much at this hand, because I had action on other tables.
I though I have TPTK in a 3bet 2SPR pot vs a fishy player so I pretty much insta called the shove.

Looking back at it I think this is clearly not a snap-call scenario because villain is just not super-fishy.

Did I overvalue TPTK here? It feels like I did, but if we are bet/folding in a 3bet 2SPR pot TPTK vs a fishy player I think we are burning money as well.

What do you think? Would you fold to the flop raise? What do you think villain's range is after he raise-shoves?

(I personally believe that he will have all QJ hands)

Vs TT,88,KTs,QJs,KTo,QJo we have 45% eq(we need >33%), do you think this is a realistic range for villain to shove? Whould you add some worst Kx? Is he just calling some QJ?

No joking, what is spr?

SPR = Stack to pot ration. After I bet there is 3.45$ in the pot and I`ve got 4.99$ effective stack behind. 2x3.45 = 6.9$ > 4.99$ so this is basically an under 2SPR pot. (basically the size of our stack is lower than twice the size of the pot)

Usually in an under 2.5 SPR pots with TPTK vs a wider range you can easily consider putting the chips in the middle.

When you say "villain is just not super-fishy", that seems to be a pretty big assumption to make with him sitting on 72bb and your sample being 54 hands, and your 0 fold to 3b is useless without the size of the sample. I'd find it hard to fold here, your range seems seems realistic and you have enough equity, seems like a easy enough call.

Vs this range: KK+, 88, TT, KTs, QJ, AK
We have 44.5% equity primarily due to the presence of QJ (our equity is 21% w/o QJ and 30% if we only include QJs)

Given his short stack and the low SPR, I would think he is going to shove here with QJ assuming it's in his 3b flatting range. This call is break-even provided he flats with 6 combos of QJ pre and becomes progressively more +ev the more combos of QJ he has in his range.

The problem here is it's very difficult to know if he's flatting with QJ pre due to the small sample size. I would lean more towards thinking that he is because of his short stack (suggesting he may be a fishier player).
