I have found myself in the CO holding hands like AJo - A9o facing a UTG or MP 3BB open and (because I haven't really had much of a plan after the flop) find myself folding these hands a lot. I have the same troubles with baby suited Aces here also

I have avoided Cold Calling IP and 3betting with these hands, not wanting to be squeezed or playing a bloated pot with a weak unpaired Ace (thinking to myself, "I can wait for a better spot"), especially as I don't get nearly as many folds as I would like 3betting in 5 - 10nl.

Let's assume that I have very little information on my opponents - am I throwing away good opportunities in these spots?
