Oppo is 24/19 (4k hands)
3bet 8% (5% from the BB)
Should this have been a fold preflop? Or on the flop? Should I have checked behind on the river?

if he is betting non polarized range of top 5% hands (AQ+,88+) from the BB then with just pure equity along AJo is very borderline since its only 30% vs that range which is barely close enough to the odds to make a call
as played it looks fine, cant fold flop, turn check is probably better than betting, river value bet good
What is opponents calling range on the river? Our hand is pretty face up this point right, maybe AQ/AJ, some weak flushes. Here we are only getting value from AQ, some QQ imo. Is that enough to make this river bet, seems super close. That said I guess opp isn't going to play anything this way that beats our hand so perhaps there is no harm in the bet?
At NL5-50 I am folding Pre. Unless I have a read that villain is 3 betting 15% plus over say 500 hands. The populations 3bet is way to tight to make this a call.
