Villain is opening wide from CO over small sample but think AJ is an ok 3bet pre
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is SB with A J
2 folds, CO raises to $1.50, BN folds, Hero raises to $4.50, BB folds, CO calls $3.00
Flop ($9.50) 8 6 Q
Hero bets $5.50, CO calls $5.50
Fairly connected board that hits his range fairly well so not sure I like my cbet in hindsight
Turn ($20.50) 8 6 Q 4
Hero bets $12.50, CO calls $12.50
At the time i felt he would not have many two pairs as the board is quite disconnected and sets and some flush draws may raise flop so with decided to barrel turn and shove blank rivers.
River ($45.50) 8 6 Q 4 5
Hero bets $34.48 and is all in, CO folds
After playing round with ranges this river play seems profitable if he folds all but his very best Qx hands. Not sure about this or the line in general think I end up overbluffing quite a bit.
Final Pot SB wins $43.50
Rake is $2.00
