100NL-Aj0 on BN vs 23%Resteal BB

BB: $129.70
HJ: $264.55
CO: $98.50
BN: $134
SB: $100.63
I am defending vs a reg 23-19 wwsf 54 with a resteal vs my btn open about 21-23% for a long sample size which its quite huge.(He 3 bets J8s+ Q2s+K2s+ any pocket , connectors and 1 gappers.
His barelling IP 51 68 37 if you consider i should check-call this board
Preflop ($1.50) (5 Players)
HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $2, SB folds, BB raises to $6, BN calls $4
1)Firstly by your opinion is it correct to tighten up for 40% steal vs him? Normally i would still smth about 60% So some words about his postflopCbets oop in 3bp 81 67 65 which is also huge and he doesnt fold enough to raises at any street.
Flop ($13.50) T T J (2 Players)
BB bets $9.50, BN calls $9.50
Turn ($32.50) 2 (2 Players)
BB bets $23.50, BN calls $23.50
River ($79.50) 9 (2 Players)
BB bets $90.70, BN calls $90.70
Final Pot
BB wins $256.90
 3) about a hand  and mostly on turn .Firstly, I ve wanted to raise him 2x because he is not folding and can call all his FD and weaker Jacks and Pockets to this action but we were a liittle bit deeper and i may overrepresent i guess with turn raise and fold his overcards AQ AK and some weak K9. So i ve decided to call because he has a big 3rd barel (65%) and may want to bluff me out of  a hand on the river. But still i a m not sure about his river playAnd if by river hits K,Q or 9 for one of two flushdraws i seriuosly consider folding , but that was 9 of hearts and he overbets mostly representing overpair , trips and straght . Is 9 is changed the situation and our decision significantly or you ve called if you were live at the table vs this 23% 3 bet range? Sorry for too much info

My brain is dead right now,  HOpefully i can give u a more constructive advice if i have time. :p

1) VIllain has a bet-sizing tell fwiw. Look at how he makes a standard 3X(Raise) preflop.

**) Wouldnt you think for a second, if you had say AA preflop, and would you be more likely to 3-bet a number like $7.5, as opposed to $6?

While he starts to deviate, by betting numbers like $9.5,$23.5

basically, u can confirm that Villain isnt auto-piloting, by pressing 1/2,2/3 pot buttons, as he is spending time to construct a bet-sizing on every street(which should warn us).

2) On the river, 9 is probably one of the worst cards for our hand range, since QK OESD got there.

We're now losing to QK,TX, on river.

3) Levelling: this is the type of situation, where i feel Villain knows that the obvious FD missed, so he shouldnt be bluffing that much on river, since he would expect me to bluff-catch him with a wide range of hands.

Thus making me more prone to fold river.

AJ is a bluffcatcher in terms of relative hand strength, should be a fold under most situations.

Totally agree , ty for your post its difficult to him to bluff this when my percieved range is look like Tx Jx and all draws missed, but wneh i ve played this one my thought process  was on 1st level "I got one of the best hands in my defending range,River isnt great but not worse at all . he has wide 3 betting range -he has to bluff sometimes  also he barells a lot so i call.  Totally missed the point you ve mentioned about how he sees my range. Ty again!
