AJ Turn/River Spot vs Tight Reg 3 Handed (Hand)
Sadly I have no way of posting this without a spoiler. This guys I know as a 7 - 8 tabling fairly nitty seeming reg in general.
I feel like I played the hand ok, firstly not sure whether I should still go for value vs possible turned KTc or h, ATc or h 9Thh, A4h A4h type hands. However I feel put in an awkward spot if I get raised on turn with a second pair top kicker.
I decide go for x/c turn and AJ is too high in my range to fold vs river half pot on this runout. HOWEVER, vs a general microstakes nitty reg... is this river underbluffed would you think? Many of his bluffs will only look to fold out low pairs which I wouldn't make it to the river with. I can defo bet the J with some bluffs/semibluffs, and if I choose to check call AJ here then I'll need to protect it with some value x/c too otherwise my river spots are too often ugly.
I find myself purely chack raising my turned value though if I was to check in the first place. So to me I just think I need to rework my overall turn strategy. This game is tough!
