Villian is playing 43/29-1.5 over 132 hands. WTSD is 28 %. Raise 1st is 50 % from UTG. He's folding 20 % to 3 bets.
So far in 3 bet pots, he has been folding 75 % to cbets (out of 4). Even though he might be a fish preflop, he seem to be playing okay postflop.
Should we bet or check here? Note that we started the hand 130 bbs deep. Can we fold to a shove if we bet?

If you bet and he shoves you should definitely fold. That said, I´m not sure if your hand is strong enough to 3-bet this guy - as you can see in this hand - where you got problems to go for 3 streets of value. It really depends on him 4-betting QQ+ and how light he´ll call you down oop. I´d bet turn (and fold to a raise) and probably bet river.
What about his high fold to cbets in 3 bet pots (75 % so far)? Doesn't seem like he is playing a lot more tight postflop than preflop.

Ya so he raised and now it's a fold. Well played and nice hand.
This is my favorite way of doing it. You can use the converter they have here on RiO but it doesnt process ongame HHs very well for whatever reason.

This is what it should look like in the end.
