My 3bet is a bit too large against a short guy, but I think they are generally passive and don't necessarily shove unless they have a bit of a smaller stack than this.
Not sure how to play against this flop raise. The first thing that crosses my mind is that I’m blocking JJ and he probably won’t have 66 or 22. I’m not sure people will play FDs aggressively given the action either. The next thing that I only saw after I played the hand is that he looks quite a bit like he has KK+ and was trapping the fish in the pot. This is consistent with his postflop line.
