Against a nit I would definitely fold preflop
Postflop is fine but I would fold pre since I don't even open this hand(unless there is a fish in the blinds), and as you said vill is a nit.
You seem to like calling 3bets w/ sc type hands which is not a big problem, but the rake is pretty high at the lower stakes, which makes me think you shouldn't widen your preflop callvs3bet range this much.
