it's hard here because I was thinking is possible he may be trapping with something OTF and he wanted to x/shove or something... but I have equity and blockers for AA/KK... I'm really not sure I was thinking call may not be bad but I feel my hand is so good right now that calling will cancel out equity... So I decided shove is better... But I'm still not sure. Call or shove?

The problem is you're not repping much. What hand would you play like this? 99 and QdJd, KdJd, KdQd and AdKd and maybe T9s. Meaning you're holding 6:4 Madehands vs semibluffs
However Villain can hold slowplays like AA,KK,QQ and JJ and also might hold T7s, T9s plus the Flushdraws. But for me it's hard to put him on a range, so I prefer to get it in since I'm not sure weather I should bluff or not unimproved on the River.
WHat do you think is VIllains most likely holding?
It seems like your thought process is "I have equity, raise!". I would just call OTT. You cant make him fold a better hand, specially when you rep nothing. Also you might still have the best hand sometimes
"You cant make him fold a better hand" I will tattoo that phrase in my finger, to see it every time I shove in wet boards with top range.
Take the price, your looking at a range of QQ+(maybe JJ if he 4-bets it), & ♥♥ draws. We block most to all of the BDFD's OTF so villain doesn't pick up any turn semi's. You are probably just shy of having 40% eq against that range. And your SD value is good vs most his Ax♥♥, KQ♥♥; obv this will depend on how he is constructing his 4-bet range.
Not really slow-plays if he was going for a C/R otf or C/C with a bare ♥ combo. T7s, T9s is very unlikely to see in a 4-bet range from EP.
From population reads id give him a polar range QQ+, some AK, and Ax bluffs ( Axs, AQ, AJ ) for 4-betting pre-flop.
I would just call, the little 4bet on 10NL seems very strong to me so I like the x behind OTF, but stick to your preflop tought process and just call OTT. Like previously said you aren't repping much imo and villain is quite strong. You also include his bluffs in his range by calling so if a diamond, A or K hits OTR he probably jams himself.
I don't think your raise is getting much worse to fold out considering his 4bet range. I'd have a hard time thinking he would put you on a set flatting a 4bet pre. As Villain I'd be happy to get it in QQ+. JJ I may have to fold but I don't know how often I'm 4betting that from MP if ever.
You're getting a fair price to get to river with lots of equity.
I'm only calling turn. The only good reasoning for shoving turn is to fold out AK, but the EV gained by folding AK is not enough to make up for the money lost by losing to QQ+ imo. Doesn't seem particularly bad and I wouldn't doubt your line is still +EV if you think he's bluffing turn, but jus calling I'd imagine to be better. I'd also imagine jus flatting turn w/ your range is best too because he's going to have bluffs and overpairs and you'll be making more by just calling.
